Prepare the ingredients:


Peking cabbage — 1/2 fork;
Feta or feta cheese — 200 grams;

Onion — 1 head;
Olives — 0.5-1 cans;
Olive oil — 5 tbsp. spoons;
Lemon — 0.3 pieces;
Balsamic vinegar — to taste;
Garlic — 1 clove;
Dry Italian herbs — 2 pinches
(oregano, basil, etc.);
Salt to taste.

Step by step recipe

Combine olive oil with dry Italian herbs, chopped garlic, lemon juice to taste, balsamic to taste and mix.

Chop feta or feta cheese and place in sauce.
Cheese cubes will be fragrant and variegated.
Chop Chinese cabbage, but not finely.

Chop red onion or onion coarsely but finely.
If using onions, scald it to remove bitterness.

From cucumbers, if desired, cut the peel and cut them into circles or semicircles.
