Roasted camembert with caramelized pear honey-balsamic gloss.

Pears — 4 pcs.
Butter — 50 g
Sugar — 30 g
Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 100 ml
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Hazelnut — 250 g
Camembert — 4 pcs. × 125 g
Flour — 100 g
Vegetable oil — 100 ml
Mint — 15 g
Strawberries — 100 g
Salt pepper

For glasse
Balsamic vinegar — 250 ml
Honey — 50 g
Prepare glasse. Balsamic vinegar is mixed with honey in a sauté pan, evaporated 2.5-3 times until lightly thickened.
To cool.

Pear peeled, cut into two halves and remove the core.
Put on a heated frying pan with melted butter and fry on both sides, add sugar and orange juice, steamed until caramelized sugar.

Egg break into a deep plate, add salt and pepper, lightly beat with a fork.

Fondue in a dry frying pan. Then cool and grind. Each portion of cheese is cut into four parts.

Slices of cheese roll in flour, then moistened in egg and pan in crushed walnut.
In a heated frying pan with vegetable oil fry the cheese from all sides until golden brown. Then put on a napkin, so that soaked in excess oil.

Put on the plates caramelized pears and fried camembert slices. Garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.
To pour honey-balsamic glasse.
