Healthy meals.  Guacamole.

Avocado — 4 pcs.
Garlic — 1 tooth
Red onion — 30 g
Chili pepper — 6 g
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil — 40 g
Cilantro fresh — 20 g
Olive oil — 50 ml
Lemon juice — 10 ml
Corn Chips — 120 g

Healthy meals.  Guacamole.

Avocado, garlic and red onions peeled, chili pepper to peel off seeds, tomatoes to get wet with a napkin. All finely chopped.
Chop cilantro, combine all the ingredients of guacamole, add salt and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
Put the guacamole in a deep cup and serve with corn chips.
