How to cook homemade sangria.

Sangria is a Spanish drink, without which not one spring-summer sitting is possible. Homemade Sangria. We offer two ways of making this drink.

Sangria is a traditional drink in Spain, most often based on red wine and fruits. By the method of trials and experiments and trips to Spain, the author found the perfect recipe.

There are two types of sangria that can be found in typical bars and restaurants in Spain. Let’s first consider the first option, the traditional one. More correct, but lasting.

Ingredients:

Red semi-dry wine — 600 ml
Freshly squeezed orange juice 750 ml
Apples — 2 pcs.
Oranges — 2 pcs.

Cooking method:

It is necessary to fill the carafe with chopped apples and oranges more than half. Pour first juice, then wine. Mix with a wooden spoon, cover with a food wrap and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours (the longer the better). Do not be tempted to add ice.

 

Homemade Sangria.
And now the second way.

Faster, but less useful. Perfectly suitable for large noisy gatherings.

Ingredients:

Red dry wine — 450 ml
Mirinda or fanta — 500 ml

As the saying goes: «Mix, but do not shake.»
This option can be diluted with ice.
Also, «Mirinda» or «Phantom» can be replaced with a packet of orange juice and add a little sugar.
