homemade mayonnaise

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
50 ml of olive oil
50 ml sunflower oil (proportion of oils we can choose according to your taste)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Sahara
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
Preparation:
A mixed in a bowl the egg yolks, salt, sugar and mustard. Beat with a mixer.
A thin stream gradually add in a lot of oil, whisking it with a mixer at low speed. Add lemon juice and whisk again
Suitable for: all of salads, sandwiches, potatoes and all, from what they eat a normal mayonnaise
Sauce for meatballs
A thick aromatic sauce in the dining room — that is definitely worth using now, delicious!
Ingredients:
1 onion
1 carrot
1st.l. tomato paste
200ml beef stock
2st.l. sour cream
salt
pepper
1st.l. flour
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and put in a pan, add the carrots and grate a little browned onions.
Add broth, tomato paste, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Simmer gravy 20 minutes before the cooking of vegetables.
Add the flour and stew for 2-3 minutes until thick. Optionally crushed in a blender.
Suitable for: all, but especially the meatballs!
