Peanut butter can be added to various desserts and pastries or simply spread on bread.

Ingredients of peanut butter
Peanuts — 200 g.
Salt — 1/3 teaspoon.
Honey — 0,5-3 tablespoons (to taste). Vegan can use instead of honey agave syrup, Jerusalem artichoke, maple syrup or any other similar.
Vegetable oil — 3-5 tablespoons.

Pour unpeeled raw peanuts on a baking sheet in an even layer. We do not lubricate the tray!
We put it in the oven and bake peanuts at a temperature of 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes. Peanuts will darken. You can bake it less — the degree of roasting peanuts depends on your preferences.
Peeled and fried peanuts are not required to be subjected to any manipulation.
Immediately pour it into the bowl of the blender and crush it to a very shallow crumb.
Add salt, honey and vegetable oil to the crushed peanuts. By the way, you can also add cocoa, then you will get a chocolate-peanut paste.
Again, grind everything blender. You should get a smooth homogeneous paste. We adjust the density of the paste to your taste. If you want to make a more liquid paste, then add more oil.
Ready peanut paste spread on jars for storage. It can be stored for a long time.
