Soft taste and the perfect combination of products make this salad the favorite on the table. Original and juicy, such a salad will not leave anyone indifferent! The sweetness of pineapple and sour pickled onions, as well as possible combined with chicken and cheese.

Ingredients

Pineapple canned: 250 gr.
Chicken meat (I have shin): 300 gr.
Champignons canned: 200 gr.
Eggs of chicken: 5 pcs.
Cheese hard: 150 gr.
Onion: 100 gr.
Mayonnaise, natural yoghurt or sour cream: 60 gr.
Salt and pepper: to taste (I do not salt).

Preparation

1. Cook the chicken meat in salted water, cool and cut into cubes. Champignons to throw in a colander and let the brine drain. Combine the chicken and mushrooms. Onion chopped (I diced) and marinated. Add the pickled onions to the salad.
2. Pineapples cut into cubes and add with salad.
3. Cooked in a steep egg cut randomly and add to the salad.
4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and pour into the rest of the ingredients.
5. Salad dressing with sauce, I usually use mayonnaise and sour cream 50/50, the taste of the sauce turns more gentle. Salt and pepper add to taste, I this salad is not salt.

Pineapples and sauce, I advise you to add it to the salad right before serving to the table, otherwise for a long time of storage in the refrigerator, pineapples can start up the juice and the salad can get uncomfortably wet.
