I always cook a double portion, so the photo is a double portion. If desired, you can cook four, two freeze, and if necessary, get, defrost and use.

Preparation — 2 hours
Recipe for: 4 persons

Basic
flour — 190 g
water 105 g
yeast, fresh — 2 g
salt — 5 g
olive oil — 16 g
crab sticks — 3 pcs.
canned corn — 1 tbsp. l.
mozzarella — to taste
Parmesan — to taste

Preparation:

In warm water, dissolve the yeast. Add salt and oil. Put in the flour and knead the dough.
Knead the dough well. I knead in the dough for 5 minutes exactly, so manually knead 10 minutes until the dough becomes elastic.

The dough turns elastic, soft, but does not stick to the hands. Cover and leave for 2 hours.

Roll out or stretch the hands of the dough, lightly poured with olive oil.
We spread mozzarella, chopped crab sticks and corn. We send to bake in the oven heated to the maximum, at me it 250 ° С for 6 minutes.

We get it, sprinkle with grated parmesan and send it to the oven for 30 seconds-1 minute.
We take out and if desired, sprinkle with rucola and pieces of finely chopped chili.
