Coffee ice cream with espresso

Ingredients — 4 servings
Egg of chicken — 4 pieces
Bitter chocolate — 125 g
Cream of 35% — 250 ml
Espresso — 60 ml
Sugar — 100 g

How to prepare
Cooking time — 7 hours

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
2. Lightly beat the egg yolks and add them to the melted chocolate.
3. Whip the cream.
4. Whip the proteins until a strong foam, gradually pouring sugar.
5. Connect the cream and melted chocolate, coffee, after you add the whipped whites.
6. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 5-7 hours.

Low-calorie vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings
Milk — 900 ml
Low-fat dry milk — 3 tablespoons
Vanilla essence — 10 ml
Egg yolk — 3 pieces
Sugar — 75 g

How to prepare
1. Pour milk, milk powder, vanilla essence into the pan,
Mix well and bring to a boil.
2. Whisk the eggs with sugar and slowly, constantly whipping, pour the milk mixture.
Return to the fire and bring to a boil over low heat, then cook for 10 minutes. Refrigerate.
3. Transfer the cooled mixture into a container and put it on the freezer for 1 hour until ice forms on the edges. Stir well and return to the freezer.
Repeat the same 2 more times, every 2 hours, until the mixture thickens. Then leave for another 2 hours until completely solidified.
