Ingredients Ice cream Gelato.

6 tablespoons. — milk
12 pcs. — Egg yolk
340 grams — Dark chocolate
Cocoa powder to taste.

Ice cream Gelato.

12 servings.


1. In a large saucepan, mix lightly beaten egg yolks, 3 cups of milk and sugar.
Put on a very small fire and whisk, heat until thicken the mass.
Reduce the heat and slowly introduce milk and half of the chopped chocolate.
Stir until homogeneous.

2. Cool in the refrigerator or put on ice.

3. Grind the left breast and add to the cooled mass. Stir, transfer to a container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes.

4. Sprinkle cocoa before serving.
