It is a chocolate-mint delicious, thanks to the Italians! Peppermint is especially shades of chocolate and prunes and evokes memories of summer.

INGREDIENTS
• 300 grams of prunes
• brown sugar 210g
• 70 g flour
• semolina 70 g
• 160 g butter
• powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
• 3 tbsp brandy. l.
• eggs 3 pcs.
• Dark chocolate 150g
• baking powder 1 h. L.
• Cinnamon 1 hour. L.
• packet of vanilla 1 piece.
• 2 tbsp liqueur. l.
• 50 g almond petals
• mint

Step by step recipe for cooking

Prunes, powdered sugar and brandy join and leave for 1-2 hours. Then we warm up in a saucepan 60 g butter, add to it 110 grams of sugar and stir, bring to a boil. We get candy. Gently put it prunes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Now prepare the dough: whisk the remaining 100 grams of softened butter and 100 g sugar, eggs, vanilla, liquor. Enter the flour mixed with baking powder and semolina. We spread the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 21-23 cm, greased. On top lay out prunes, slightly pushing.
Bake for 40 minutes. at 180 degrees. Ready pie are turning on a dish, pour the melted chocolate and sprinkle with almond petals, decorate with mint and berries.
