120 g of a mixture of lettuce leaves
50 g of canned corn
6 champignons
100 g of smoked ham
4 things. Radish
1 pear
6 King prawns
30 ml brandy
2 bay leaves
1 sprig of parsley
6 strips of smoked bacon
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt pepper

Tip
Shrimp can be steamed or simply fried.

1. Shrimp cleaned of shells and intestinal vein.
Turn each into a strip of bacon and fry on both sides in a preheated pan, adding olive oil, bay leaves and parsley to taste.

2. Sprinkle the brandy. One must be prepared for the fact that, after hitting a hot frying pan, brandy can break out.
Cook until the brandy is evaporated, then remove from heat, cover with a lid and set aside.

3. Mix salad leaves, corn, chopped mushrooms, ham, cut into thin slices pear and radish cut into mugs. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Serve a salad with a shrimp-flambe to the table.

Shrimp with avocado sauce.

12 shrimps
(Size 13/15)
1 avocado
1 lemon
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 white onion
1 bay leaves
olive oil
White wine
salt pepper

For sauce:
60 g whipped cream
300 g of mayonnaise
3 tbsp. L. Ketchup
2 tbsp. L. Cognac

1. Put in the pan a peeled bulb, cut carrot and celery, bay leaf and a little wine, pour all 2 liters of water, salt and pepper and put on fire.

2. As soon as the soup boils, dip the shrimp into it.
After 3-4 minutes, remove the pan from the fire and leave the shrimp in the broth for another 10 minutes, then remove the head and armor (tail leave).

3. For the sauce carefully mix ketchup, mayonnaise, cognac and cream.

4. Avocado grate on a large grater and lightly pour lemon juice and olive oil, a little salt and pepper.

Tip
Serve shrimp with avocado and sauce sauce.
