JAPANESE OMELETTE

This is a very tasty dish, practically no different from the usual omelet, but having a slightly different cooking technology. RECIPE OF JAPANESE OMELETA

5 eggs
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1.5 tbsp. Sahara
1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
1.5 tsp. Soy sauce

How to cook a Japanese omelette:

Smash the eggs in a deep bowl, whisk slightly.
Pour in the egg mixture, soy sauce and rice vinegar, add sugar and mix until the dissolution of its grains.

Pour into the frying pan a fifth of the egg mass, distribute, turning the frying pan, evenly over the entire surface (like cooking pancakes), bake for half a minute, then roll the pancake into a roll.
