5 eggs
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1.5 tbsp. Sahara
1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
1.5 tsp. Soy sauce

How to cook a Japanese omelette:

Smash the eggs in a deep bowl, whisk slightly.
Pour in the egg mixture, soy sauce and rice vinegar, add sugar and mix until the dissolution of its grains.

Take a large pancake pan, grease it with vegetable oil, warm it well.
Pour into the frying pan a fifth of the egg mass, distribute, turning the frying pan, evenly over the entire surface (like cooking pancakes), bake for half a minute, then roll the pancake into a roll.

When the roll from the first pancake is at the edge of a pan pour in the second part of the egg mass, after half a minute roll the roll again — you will get a roll made from two pancakes.
In the same way continue to prepare the omelet, pouring the egg mass and folding it together with the previously rolled into a roll of pancakes.

Take a rug for twisting rolls, wrap it with food film, put a hot omelet on one edge of the rug, wrap it in a mat as when cooking rolls, lightly pressing to give a beautiful shape.
Expand the rug, get an omelet, cut it across into small portions with a sharp knife and serve it to the table.
