This is a very tasty dish, practically no different from the usual omelet, but having a slightly different cooking technology. 5 eggs;
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
1.5 tbsp. Sugar;
1 tbsp. Rice vinegar;

How to cook a Japanese omelette:


Smash the eggs in a deep bowl, whisk slightly.
Pour in the egg mixture, soy sauce and rice vinegar, add sugar and mix until the dissolution of its grains.

Take a large frying pan. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Warm well.

Pour into the skillet a fifth of the egg mass. Distribute, turn the frying pan evenly over the entire surface (for example, cook pancakes). Bake for half a minute. Then fold the pancake into a roll.

When the roll from the first pancake is on the edge of the pan. Pour the second part of the egg mass. After half a minute, roll the roll again. You will get a roll of two pancakes.

In the same way, continue to prepare the omelet. Pour out a lot of eggs and fold it together with a previously rolled up pancake roll.

Take a rug for twisting rolls, wrap it with food film, put a hot omelet on one edge of the rug, wrap it in a mat as when cooking rolls, lightly pressing to give a beautiful shape.
