Salad with meat and Beijing cabbage.

It turns out a very juicy, fresh, tasty and fragrant salad.


Carrots — 1 pc.
Garlic — 1 clove
Peking cabbage — 1/2 pcs.
Cucumber — 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc.
Meat — 150 g
Coriander — 1 tsp
Vinegar 6% — 1 tbsp. l
Soy sauce — 1 tsp.
Ground red pepper — 1/2 tsp.
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp. l
Dill — to taste
Salt to taste

Salad making:

1. Grate carrots, add garlic, salt, coriander and vinegar. Heat a pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil and warm the carrots over high heat for about 1 minute.

2. Wipe the pan with a napkin and fry the meat in vegetable oil. Add salt, coriander, red pepper and soy sauce. Fry the meat until cooked.

3. Red bell pepper and fresh cucumber cut into strips.

4. Peking cabbage cut at the base and divide by hand into two parts and then also into four parts. Separating the cabbage with her hands she lets out less juice and the salad will not be watery.

5. Dill chop and combine all the ingredients. Season the salad with vegetable oil and salt.

Holiday salad with sausage and crackers

This is a very simple salad that requires little preparation. An excellent combination of tastes, what is needed on the holiday table!


Cervelat sausage — 150 g
Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp. l
Apple — 150 g
Canned peas — 150 g
Raw carrots — 100 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
White bread croutons — 50 g

Salad making:

1. For the first layer, cut the sausage into strips and grease with mayonnaise.
