lamb chops — 1,3, 5 kg;
dry or semi-dry white wine — 300 ml;
onions — 2 pieces;
Garlic — 3-4 cloves;
natural honey — 1 tablespoon;
olive oil — 1 tablespoon;
Soy sauce — 50 ml;
Lemon — 1 piece;
salt, cinnamon, black pepper — to taste.

How to cook?

Prepare the marinade. To do this, chop the onion and garlic, then mix with wine, honey and olive oil.
After that, add the marinade 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, seasoning and salt.

Ribs must be to cut into portions, depending on their size. Typically, one serving is enough 3-4 small or 1-2 large ribs.
