Lemon: 1pc.
Cottage cheese: 500 gr.
Eggs: 3 pcs.
Sugar / powdered sugar: 100 gr.
Butter: 100 gr.
Manka: 60 g.
Salt: pinch

1. Lemon scalded with boiling water. We rub the zest on a fine grater, without touching the white layer of lemon, it can give bitterness.
2. Curd well grind, I whisked in a blender, until a homogeneous paste-like mass.
3. We pour into cottage cheese 3 tbsp. lemon juice. We add eggs, a pinch of salt and a mango and zest.
4. Soft butter and rub with sugar using a spatula or a mixer.
5. We combine the curd mass and butter. Mix well.
6. We spread the mass on silicone molds or in a large suitable shape. Bake at 180-200C for about 25-30 minutes. Depending on the shape and reactivity of your oven. Readiness is checked by the ruddy color of the curds.
If desired, ready-made curds can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
