The appearance of this vitamin salad from fresh cucumbers, green onions, radish in your daily menu is like a whiff of a spring breeze on a hot day.

PONADOBITSYA:

300 grams of radish
3 potatoes
3 eggs
2-3 fresh cucumbers
Bunch of green onions
200 g of mayonnaise
Salt, pepper to taste

For decoration:
Lettuce leaves
For 5-6 olives and pitted olives

PREPARATION:

It is good to wash the potatoes, boil in a uniform.
Allow to cool, peel, cut into medium circles.
Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes.
Peel, cut into large circles.
Radish wash, peel, cut into thin slices.
Wash the green onions. Finely chopped.
Wash cucumbers, cut into thin slices.
Cut olives, olives with rings.
Lay a lettuce leaf on a round dish.
Lay out layers, greasing mayonnaise and sprinkling onions: potatoes — cucumber — eggs — radish.
Salt, pepper to taste every layer.
Alternating in color, skolot skewers of olives and olives. Decorate them with a dish.
