Ingredients:
Sugar 200 g
Egg white 4 pieces

Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 100 degrees. Prepare two baking, the laid parchment paper for baking.
2. Beat proteins using a mixer for two minutes. While continuing to whisk, add sugar. Whisking for about three minutes. As a result, you should get a white viscous mixture.
3. Spoon onto baking sheets. Make the desired shape of each meringue.
4. Bake for half an hour.
