Soy sauce — 140 ml
Oyster Sauce — 70 g
Sesame oil — 50 ml
Buckwheat noodles — 300 g
Green onions — 100 g.

Let’s cook:
Soak the mushrooms in water for 15 minutes.
Sprouts of soy and pea pods blanch and cool.
Sweet pepper cut into strips, hats shiitake — slices.
In a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the sweet pepper, mushrooms, pea pods, soybean sprouts and chili peppers chopped.
Pour soy and oyster sauces and sesame oil, stir.
Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package and mix with the vegetables.
