We advise you to take usual oat flakes for cooking. Oatmeal with cheese and egg. They should be cooked for at least 10 minutes. These flakes contain slow carbohydrates and are useful for digestion of cellulose.

Ingredients:

Flakes (oatmeal) ½ cup;
Eggs 1 pc.;
Cheese (grated cheddar cheese) 2 tbsp.;
Onions (chopped green onions) 1 tbsp.;
Salt to taste;
Pepper to taste.

Prepare the oatmeal according to the instructions on the package.
When the porridge is almost ready, heat the frying pan and fry the egg. Try to keep the yolk liquid in the center. Usually it only takes 1-2 minutes.

Finish the oatmeal and put it in a bowl. On top, add grated cheese, toasted egg and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

Eggs 2-3 pcs.;
Milk 30-50 ml;
Bran 1-2 tablespoons;
Tomatoes (cherry) 4-5 pieces;
Onions 1/2 pcs.;
Salt to taste;
Pepper (ground black) to taste;
Spices (paprika) to taste;
Sweetener 2 tablets;
Cheese (grated) 20-30 g.

Fry the onions until slightly golden in color. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add them to the onions and fry until soft.

Beat the eggs well. Add milk and bran, whisk again. Salt and pepper the egg and milk mixture, add paprika, sugar substitute. Stir thoroughly.

Pour the mass into the pan. As soon as the omelet stiffens a little, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bring it to the ready.
