In order to cook cottage cheese from cottage cheese in a pan, we will need soft dry cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, salt, an egg, flour and sunflower oil for frying.

Cottage cheese — 200 g
Semolina — 2 tbsp.
Egg — 1 pc.
Sugar — 2 tbsp.
Salt — a pinch
Flour — 2-3 tbsp.
Sunflower oil — 2 tbsp.

Step by step recipe

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg. Then add semolina, a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. I added 2 tablespoons.

Stir the whole mass thoroughly. Hands to form cottage cheese and roll them in flour. Shake off excess flour.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and put the curds in it, fry.
