Dietary breakfast: pancakes from bran

Ingredients:
Bran — 2 tbsp. L.
Low-fat cottage cheese — 1,5 tbsp. L.
Eggs — 1 pc.

Preparation:
Mix the bran, cottage cheese and egg (or only its protein). Heat the frying pan with non-stick coating and pour on it all the dough or its half — depending on what size you like pancakes. Fry for one and a half minutes on each side until golden. Serve for breakfast, snack or as a garnish to any hot.
