Vanilla Pancakes on kefir.

Kefir (any fat content) — 500 ml;
Self-raising flour — 2,5-3 Art.;
1 egg;
Salt — a pinch;
Vanilla sugar — 1 package.

For this recipe, it is best to take the sour yogurt.

Pancakes from it come the most lush.

With th e w a t s in a bowl the egg, salt and sugar, and whisk.

Separately heat kefir almost to a boil, stirring. Kefir curdle and turn into flakes (this is what you need).
Tablespoon yogurt pour a thin stream into the egg mixture, stirring to the egg does not curdle.

In the flour add the vanilla sugar.

Egg-kefir mixture add flour and stir vigorously until smooth it. The dough to pancake should be fairly thick.
Bake on both sides on medium frying pan until golden brown.

Pancakes with milk and vanilla and berries.

Self-raising flour — 2 tbsp.;
Sugar — 2 tbsp;
vanilla — on the tip of a knife;
Salt;
Milk;

For decorating and serving: powdered sugar and fresh berries.
In the flour and put the vanilla sugar, mix well. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring so that the dough has turned thick.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden colors.

Pancakes on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh seasonal berries.
