PASTE, BAKED IN THE OVEN

Pasta, baked in the oven, is a typical Mediterranean dish. Simple and loved by everyone, it can become the highlight of the program and on your desk.

This is one of our favorite dishes, I do not do it often, because it’s a lot of fuss, but it’s very tasty, and so it’s worth a try! 🙂

So, let’s start preparing pasta alno forno)

Based on 4-5 people.

300 gr. Macaroni of «pakkeri» type
300 gr. Minced meat
150 gr. Ham
Grated cheese of «Parmesan» type
Mozzarella
Ricotta
Tomato paste type «pomi» 1 liter.
Bulb, 3 tooth. Garlic

Let’s do the preparation of the sauce:

In a frying pan with a warmed rast. Butter fry until golden garlic and throw it, put the finely chopped onion and fry, until it is transparent. From minced meat rolled small meatballs and fried with onions for 5 minutes, then pour in tomato and simmer for 30 minutes. Before the end of cooking put your favorite spices and salt to taste. Let it cool down.

Boil the pasta al dente.

At the bottom of the form, in which we bake, put a couple of spoons of sauce, distribute the bottom, top — a range of pasta, again sauce, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, put a few pieces of mozzarella and ham pre-diced, and a little bit of ricotta. Repeat the layers, finish with sauce and grated Parmesan, decorate with basil leaves and bake in the oven at 180 ° for about half an hour.
