Pies «Napoleon»

Pies «Napoleon» is very reminiscent of the familiar cake. They are made from puff pastry and filling — the famous custard. Cooking pies takes you no more than an hour.

Use puff pastry and custard.

Ingredients:

The dough is flaky — 500 grams
Potato starch — 2 tbsp. spoons
Sugar — 200 grams
Egg — 1 pc
Milk — 250 ml
Vanilla Sugar — 1 tsp

Cooking recipe pies «Napoleon»

Milk heat in a skillet.
Whisk the egg in a bowl, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, starch. Continue whisking vigorously.
Pour the mixture to the milk, continue to interfere.
Cook until thick cream. Then refrigerate.

Puff pastry cut into squares. Each square roll into a rectangular formation.
In the center lay the cooled cream. Fold the dough rolls.

Cut into six pieces flat.
Cover the pan with baking paper.
Lay future pies and brush them with milk.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven, the temperature of 200 degrees.
