We will need these ingredients:

• ½ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon olive oil + a little
• 1 cup dry polenta (corn meal)
• ½ cup tomato trade winds
• 6 thin slices of ham, torn into pieces
• ½ cup mozzarella, grate
• fresh basil leaves — feed.

Cooking method:

1 In a medium sized saucepan, combine milk and 2½ cups of water. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.

2 Stir in thin stream into the water with milk, polenta, stirring constantly to avoid lumps formed. Cook, continuing to stir 5-6 minutes, until thick. If you want — pour some more water. Season with salt to taste.

3 Cover the two round shapes for pizza 28 cm baking paper. Put on half of the polenta in every shape and spread evenly. Let cool for 30 minutes.
