A simple dish for a tasty and nutritious dinner is a baked pork shoulder with spices in the oven. Pork recipes.
Baked pork — easy to prepare and delicious lunch or dinner. If a piece of meat is big enough and the family does not eat it at dinner, then for breakfast you will have perfectly cooked meat for sandwiches or sandwiches. This meat is equally delicious both hot and cold. In the cold form it can be served as a snack, cut into thin slices.

Ingredients

Pork shoulder blade — 1 kg
Salt — 0.5 tsp.
Pepper — 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
White wine vinegar — 1 tbsp.
Garlic — 5-6 denticles
Mixture of Provencal herbs — 0.5 tsp.
Fennel seeds — 0.5 tsp.

Cooking process

To make a pork shoulder baked in the oven, take the necessary food. Meat should be washed under running water to dry with a paper towel.
Lubricate the meat with vegetable oil, sprinkle with white wine vinegar. Salt and pepper on all sides.

Transfer the pork shoulder to the foil, place garlic on top of the meat, sprinkle with fennel seeds and aromatic herbs. By the way, if you like, meat can be stuffed with garlic, I prefer that it only give the meat its flavor.

Place the spatula in the foil so that the juice does not flow out during cooking, but remains in the foil.
Transfer to a roasting dish, pour a little water into it. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the meat for 1.5 hours. After a while, unfold the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, turn on the convection mode and allow the meat to blanch.

Before serving give the meat to rest for 15 minutes, so that all the juices are evenly distributed along the piece.
