Potatoes — 8 pcs.
Mushrooms — 400 g
Garlic — 4 denticles
Parsley — 1 beam
Vegetable oil — 5 tbsp. l.
Salt (sea) — to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cream fatty — 300 ml

Potatoes with mushrooms.


1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into thin slices of 2-3 mm.

3. Rinse the potatoes well from the starch and leave to drain.

4. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms.

5. Preheat the oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom over medium heat. Place the slices of potatoes, mix with a wooden spoon so that all the slices were covered with oil. Add salt, pepper. Continue stirring until you see how the potato slices become sticky, because the potato starts to secrete the starch.

6. Simultaneously heat the frying pan, add one tablespoon of olive oil, mushrooms and salt.

7. Once the potato slices become sticky, add the garlic and pour in the cream, just enough to cover completely the potato slices, but no more (as practice showed, you can less), just the taste will be less greasy, but everything the same saturated and creamy.

8. Reduce heat and cook the potatoes for about five minutes, until the cream is slightly thickened.

9. Remove the ready-made mushrooms from the fire.

10. Finely chop the parsley.

11. Remove the frying pan with the potatoes from the fire and check the spices for taste. At this point, you can add salt or pepper, if their number seems insufficient. Stir in a dish of mushrooms and parsley.

12. Put everything together in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

13. The dish is ready!
