We will need these ingredients:
• 450 g of fresh soft fruit, such as peaches, apricots, mango, kiwi or berries: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, black currants
• 50 g of powdered sugar (to taste)
• a few drops of lemon or lime juice (or to taste)
• 2 tbsp. l. fruit brandy or liqueur (optional)

Cooking method:
1 Prepare the selected fruits or berries: clean, remove seeds, stalk, or petiole. Cooley can be done as a one fruit, and from cuts, such as wild berries and red currants.
2 Add the prepared fruit in a food processor or blender (large pieces of first cut) and crush in a homogeneous puree.
