Ingredients

Puff pastry without yeast: 1000 gr

Filling
Cheese hard: 100gr.
Curd: 200 g.
Greens (parsley, dill, green onions, coriander): to taste.
Salt: to taste.
Yolk + 1 tbsp. Milk (for lubricating products).
Sesame: for sprinkling.

Puffs with cottage cheese

Preparation

1. We rub the cheese on a large grater.
2. Greens shred and mix with cheese and cottage cheese, salt to taste.
3. The dough is thawed and laid out on a table or board, slightly powdered with flour. Slightly roll the dough only one way, so as not to break the layers, either left to right or bottom to top. Cut the dough into squares. For each square of the test, we spread the filling, we hold it by hand.
4. We form a triangle, the edge of the puff is beautifully fixed with a fork.
5. Mix the yolk with milk and lubricate the products, sprinkle with sesame.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes to a beautiful, ruddy color. Bake time adjust individually for your oven.
7. Remove the slices from the baking tray, cover with a towel and allow to cool.
Puffs are good, both in warm and chilled form.
