Puffs with fish filling. Delicious, hearty pastry made from puff pastry with savory stuffing from salmon or salmon, cottage cheese and apple. You can serve as a snack or with a salad for dinner.

We will need these ingredients:
• Puff pastry — 400 g

Cooking method:

• Egg — 2 pcs.
• frozen puff pastry — 1 pack

Cooking method:
Puff pastry, thaw at room temperature. Boil eggs, cool and clean. Pour in beef soy sauce and stir. Add the ginger, garlic passed through the press, finely chopped onions, eggs and mushrooms. Cut each layer of puff pastry into 4 square. Put each stuffing and fold in half to make a triangle. Secure the edges. You can pre-fluff edge of the yolk squares. Arrange the triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
