Olive oil — 100 ml
Thyme leaves — 5 g
Cream 33% — 100 g
Parmesan — 100 g
Tartlets — 12 pcs.
Eggs quail — 12 pieces.
Salt pepper

Chop the shallots and garlic. We cut off the hats from the mycelium and pick them up with 2-3 pieces.
In olive oil, fry the shallots with thyme and garlic for 3 minutes.
Put in the frying pan oyster mushrooms, cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the cream and Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
