Baked nectarines with amaretto.

Quick desserts.

Fruit at the end of dinner is good because it is an easy dessert and there is no feeling that you are full. Instead of nectarines, peaches, apricots or plums will do. You can take almonds, but in combination with nectarines I like hazelnuts more.

Ingredients for 3 servings:

Nectarines — 5 pcs.
roasted hazelnuts — 1 handful
egg whites — 2 pcs.
butter — 2 tbsp. l.
powdered sugar — 2 ½ tbsp. l.
liqueur Amaretto — 7 tsp.
sugar brown — 4 tsp.


Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Nectarines cut in half, remove bones.
Halves of nectarines are laid in a thick layer in a small deep baking sheet with slices up, pour amaretto, put on top of a small piece of softened butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake the nectarines in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Proteins beat in air foam, then, whilst continuing to pour in powdered sugar powder.
Hazel the ground in a blender in a very fine crumb.

Most of the ground nuts are added to the proteins, mixed and put a protein cap on each baked nectarine.
Send the nectarines back to the oven for 20-25 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
