We need the following ingredients:

• Fillet of mutton — 300 g;
• Feta cheese — 60 g;
• Red sweet pepper — 1 pc.;
• Ready-made puff pastry — 1 packet (400 g);
• Egg — 1 piece.;
• Salt — to taste;
• Dry oregano — 1 pinch;
• Garlic — 2 cloves;
• Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.;

Cooking method:

Rinse the red pepper, drain it. Send it to the oven under the grill so that it is properly baked. When the skin turns black, place the pepper in a plastic bag. Tightly knot and hold for 10 minutes. So with baked peppers it will be much easier to peel the skin. Remove pepper peel, septums and bones. Cut the remaining flesh with strips.

Cut the meat into small squares. Preheat until cooked. Fet the croissant, wash the garlic. Clean and grind. When the meat is ready, fill it with garlic, salt and pepper.

Roll the puff pastry into a thin layer. Cut into 6 squares. For each square put meat, cheese, pepper, season and salting. Wrap the dough with converters. Lightly grease with beaten egg. Send it to the oven, heated to 220 C for 15 minutes. Converters are ready, bon appetit!
