Green onions — 100 g;
Sour cream — 50 g;
Puff pastry — 400 g;

Champignons cut into medium slices. Fry in butter.
Mix the fried mushrooms with mashed potatoes, then put sliced green onions and sour cream. Add 2 eggs. Salt. Spice up. Mix well.

Roll the dough into a layer 2 mm thick. Cut into squares.

Form the patties. Spread a lightly beaten egg. Bake at 180 ° C for 12-15 minutes.

Oyster mushrooms — 200 g;
Butter — 100 g;
Eggs — 5 pcs.;
Green onions — 60 g;
Puff pastry — 300 g;
Sour cream 200 g;
Green Mix — 30 g;
Salt pepper.

Wash the mushrooms. Clean. Cut into medium slices.
Fry in butter until golden brown.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Four eggs hard boiled. To cool. Clear.
Finely chop along with the green onions.

Stir eggs with mushrooms. Allow the filling to cool completely.
Roll the dough into a 2 mm thick layer. Evenly put the stuffing. Collapse as a roll. Top with egg. Put in the oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and chopped greens.
