Meatballs from chicken breast with light sauce — a nutritious dinner.

🔸It is 100 grams — 93 kcal: 🔸 Proteins-17 🔸 Fat -1🔸 Carbohydrates — 4

• 500 g of chicken fillet
• 250 g of soft fat-free cottage cheese
• 50 ml of skim milk
• 1 small onion
• 2-3 heads of garlic
• greens, spices to taste


From chicken fillet make mince, add onions, seasoning and put in a baking sheet, lightly oiled. Bake until done.
Cottage cheese whipped with chopped garlic and herbs, add a little bit of milk, beat again.
Pour sauce on hot meatballs.
