This is probably the easiest cake I’ve ever made. Recipes for desserts. It’s so delicious that I want to share a recipe. Biscuits are not obtained wet, but at the same time they are not completely dry. Soft, and in combination with cream — well, very tasty.

While I was making the cake «Lakomka» only with boiled condensed milk, in plans — to experiment with cream, I think, the chocolate paste is ideal.
On the second day, the cake becomes even more delicious.

Ingredients
• Cooking time: 40 min
• For 8 people
Egg of chicken — 2 pcs. (120 g)
Sugar — 110 g
Wheat Flour — 145 g
Baking Powder — 0.5 tsp.
Condensed condensed milk — 2/3 jars
Sugar powder — if desired

Measure all the ingredients on the scales.
Eggs and sugar, combine, mix. Put in a water bath. Stir the whisk until the sugar completely dissolves.

Beat with a mixer, the mass should whiten and increase in volume.
Mix flour and baking powder. Pour out the flour for several meals in the egg mixture, each time whipping well. It turns out a thick dough.

Using a pastry bag or spoon, put the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Put the cake «Lakomka» in the oven heated up to 190 degrees. Billets are baked very quickly, only begin to blush — immediately get it. It took me about 6 minutes.
On a cold biscuit generously spread the condensed milk. Cover with a second biscuit. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon Appetit.
