This is — a light salad with juicy acidity, it serves as a perfect complement to meat dishes. In this salad there are two stunning combination of different cuisines — Italian and Russian. The first is sauerkraut and onions. And the second — arugula and cherry tomatoes. In our family, Russian-Italian salad used with the epithet ‘delicious.’ I enjoy it and you.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

Sauerkraut — 5 tbsp

Small onions

Cherry tomatoes — 6-7 pcs.

Arugula (in this salad can be replaced by kutem) — 1 bunch

Sunflower oil — 1 tbsp

Black pepper to taste.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, mix with cabbage. Refill tablespoon of sunflower oil. Tomatoes cut in half, arugula obsushivayut mix of cabbage and onions, stir gently, so as not to damage the tomatoes and arugula. Pepper to taste.
