This is — a light salad with juicy acidity, it serves as a perfect complement to meat dishes. Russian-Italian salad. In this salad there are two stunning combination of different cuisines — Italian and Russian. The first is sauerkraut and onions. And the second — arugula and cherry tomatoes. In our family, Russian-Italian salad used with the epithet ‘delicious.’ I enjoy it and you.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

Sauerkraut — 5 tbsp;

Small onions;

Cherry tomatoes — 6-7 pcs.;

Arugula (in this salad can be replaced by kutem) — 1 bunch;

Sunflower oil — 1 tbsp;

Black pepper to taste.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, mix with cabbage. Refill tablespoon of sunflower oil. Tomatoes cut in half, arugula obsushivayut mix of cabbage and onions, stir gently, so as not to damage the tomatoes and arugula. Pepper to taste.

This recipe is simple, like all ingenious. If you are tired of cooking the most usual vegetable salads, it’s time to try something new.

We need the following ingredients:
• 200 g of any hard cheese,
• 100 g of champignons,
• Bulgarian peppers — 2 pieces,
• Apples — 2 pieces,
• tangerines — 2 pieces,
• 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

For sauce:

• 200 grams of yogurt without filler,
• 1 teaspoon of mustard,
• 3 teaspoons of honey,
• juice and a peel of one lemon.

Cooking method:

1. Small champignons cut in half, stew in a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked and cooled.

2. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.

3. Cut the hard cheese into cubes.

4. Pure the peppers and cut into half rings.

5. We remove the mandarins and divide them into slices.

6. Let’s mix the salad.

7. Prepare the sauce. Gently mix all the ingredients and dress our sauce with salad.
