Festive food is not only delicious to cook, but also to apply effectively. Surprise guests, to prepare for New Year’s table Russian salad with shrimp in a glass!

NEED:

4 eggs
3 potato tuber
1/2 cans of canned green peas
200 g shrimp
2-3 fresh cucumber
150 g of light mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste
leaves of cilantro or parsley for decoration

PREPARATION:

Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel off the shell. 3 eggs into small cubes, the remaining — slices.
Boil the potatoes in a «uniform», cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
Shrimp cleaned from the shell, immersed in a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cucumber wash, dry and cut into small cubes. From cans canned peas drained.
Diced boiled eggs mixed with potatoes and 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise. Half put on the bottom of the thick glasses. Then lay out the layers of canned peas, mayonnaise, shrimp, remaining diced potatoes, eggs and cucumbers.
In each glass add 1 table. a spoonful of mayonnaise on top — on the lobe eggs. Garnish with lettuce leaves cilantro or parsley.

Salad tomatoes
NEED:

200 g of crab meat
1 red bell pepper
100g parmesan
2 boiled eggs
5 tomatoes
garlic, mayonnaise taste
lettuce, dill for decoration

PREPARATION:

1. Crab meat cut into thin strips diagonally.
2. Peppers cleaned of seeds and the stalk, cut into 4 pieces and chop finely.
3. Eggs are cleaned, cut into small cubes.
4. Garlic clean, chop.
5. Connect all the prepared ingredients, stir and season with mayonnaise.
6. Wash tomatoes, cut off the tops and remove the pulp with a spoon. Cheese grate.
7. Fill the tomato «cups» salad and arrange on platter with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
