This salad is very fond of our friends and they often take it to work to have a snack.
Let’s make a salad so:
2 kg of zucchini is cleaned, cut into cubes.
Add 2 kg of peeled beet and peeled on a large grater.
In a saucepan pour 2 cups of vegetable oil and bring it to a boil.
Put in boiling oil 1.5 kg of peeled onions, cut into half rings. Stew it for 15 minutes.
Then add the prepared zucchini and beetroot to it.
We fall asleep 1 glass of sugar, two tablespoons of salt and we pour 1 glass of 9% vinegar.
Ingredients are mixed and cooked for 20 minutes.
Next, we spread the salad in sterilized jars, roll up, cover with a warm blanket until it cools down completely.

Sauce in Chinese.

Tomatoes — 1 kg,
Chili pepper — 2 pieces,
Garlic — 1 head,
Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoon,
Sugar — 2 tablespoons,
Salt — 1 tablespoon,
Vinegar — 1 tablespoon,
Pepper black peas — 10 pieces,
Cloves — 3 buds.

Wash the tomatoes. Cut into large slices. Put in the stewpan. Add oil, sugar and salt. Boil.
Tear on low heat for 20 minutes.
Peel the garlic. Pass through the press.
Chili finely chopped.
Combine with tomatoes, add spices. Tear 10 minutes.
Wipe the mixture through a sieve.
The resulting sauce was cooked over low heat for 1 hour before volume reduction by 2 times. Add the vinegar. Mix.
Wash cans with lids with soda. Put in the oven.
Sterilize at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Sauce spread on cans. Tighten with lids, cool, put away for storage in the refrigerator.
