We will need these ingredients:
• Potatoes — 250 g
• Green haricot beans — 150 g
• Tomatoes — 200g
• Red Onions — 1 head
• Radishes — 1 bunch
• Watercress — 1puchok
• The leaves of dandelion — 6 pcs.
• Lettuce — 1 head
• Canned tuna in its own juice — 200 g
• Anchovies — 8 fillets,
• boiled eggs — 4 pieces.
• Olives -50 g
• Salt
• Grasses spicy chopped — 1 tbsp. a spoon

For the filling:
• Garlic — 1 clove
• Red Wine vinegar — 3 tbsp. spoons
• Dijon Mustard -. 1 tsp
• Salt
• Pepper black ground
• Olive oil — 5 tablespoons. spoons
• Grasses spicy chopped — 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:
1 Wash potatoes thoroughly. Boil in their jackets in salted water until tender. Then cool, peel and slice.

2 coarsely chop the beans and cook in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then
fold in a colander and cool.

3 tomatoes, peeled onions and radishes finely chop.

4 watercress, lettuce and dandelion leaves, rinse and pat dry. Large leaves tear hands.

5 Tuna and anchovies, remove from the brine. Tuna put down the fork, anchovies pat dry. Peeled eggs cut into slices.

6 prepared ingredients mix gently and place on a large serving dish.

7 For the filling mix the minced garlic with the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the butter and herbs. Whisk until a thick consistency. Pour salad dressing. Garnish with black olives and sprinkle with herbs.
