Salad with orange, crab sticks and corn is cooked in a few minutes (the most difficult is to separate the fruit pulp), dressed with mayonnaise and does not require long impregnation — immediately after assembly is fed to the table. If desired, the cutting can be mixed, as in my recipe, or put it in layers, alternately promazyvaya and seasoning with salt-pepper.

To prepare a salad with orange and crab sticks, take the foods listed.

Crab sticks — 150 g
Canned corn — 150 g
Oranges — 1-2 pcs.
Onions — 1 pc.
Eggs — 3 pieces.
Mayonnaise — 50 g
Dill — 2 branches
Lemon juice — 2 tablespoons.
Salt, pepper — to taste

Cooking time: 15 min.
For 3 people.

Drain the liquid in which the corn kernels were. We cut thawed crab sticks in large pieces and generously sprinkle with lemon juice.

Add finely chopped onions. Approximately half a large bulb. Crumble hard-boiled eggs.

We mend (detach from the film) orange slices. Throw some fresh dill, salt, pepper and add thick mayonnaise.

We mix all the layers from bottom to top, try. We put it into a clean container. We serve salad with orange and crab sticks to the table. Bon Appetit!

Advice:
In advance, boil the hard-boiled eggs and cool, frozen crab sticks for 5 minutes lower in boiling water, then the time of basic cooking will be reduced.
