Required products:

1/2 lemon juice;
salt;
Ground black pepper;
1/2 tsp. Honey at will.

For decoration:

2 tsp. Sesame seeds.

PREPARATION:

Remove the leaves of young spinach from stems, rinse with cold water, then turn over with boiling water and put in a colander, letting the water drain completely.
Large spinach leaves cut into small leaves left whole.
Eggs boil hard for 7 minutes.

Cool, clean, cut in half.
Carrots are washed, peeled, grated in Korean.
Red onions, clean, wash, cut into rings.
