Vitamin salad with spinach and carrots is an easy diet dish. Minimum calories, maximum benefit for the body and half an hour for cooking.


150-200 g of spinach
100-150 g of carrots
6-8 quail eggs
1 red onion

For sauce:

2 tbsp. L. Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Ground black pepper

2 tsp. Sesame seeds


Remove the leaves of young spinach from stems, rinse with cold water, then turn over with boiling water and put in a colander, letting the water drain completely.
