Ingredients:
1 small melon;
400 g of Adyghe cheese;
6 cloves of garlic;
4 handfuls of arugula;
4 handfuls of mint;
some basil;
2 lemons;
olive oil;
salt.

Preparation.

Slice melon slices. Peel off the seeds. Cut the peel. Flesh cut into large cubes.

Grind the garlic. Crush it with the blade of the knife.
Cheese cut into blocks approximately 1 cm thick.

Preheat a little olive oil in a frying pan or grill. Place garlic and cheese there and fry on both sides until golden brown. Take care that garlic does not burn.

In addition to Adyghe, for this salad you can take suluguni or any other cheese that is suitable for frying. And in the version without frying, feta will perform well.
