NEED:

1 sweet pepper;
1 zucchini;
6 cherry tomatoes;
8 balls of mozzarella;
1 table. tablespoon lemon juice;
salt;
150 ml of olive oil;
basil beam;
50 g of cheese;
100 grams of pine nuts.

PREPARATION:

1 zucchini cut into thin slices. Then, 2 table. whisk olive oil with lemon juice. Zucchini pour this sauce and leave for 10 minutes. We remove the stalk pepper with seeds, cut into strips. Tomatoes cut in half.

2. Prepare the pesto. Basil cut. Cheese cut into slices. Basil, nuts and cheese in a blender grind. Continuing to whisk, add the remaining olive oil. Season with salt. All vegetables folded into a salad bowl and mix. Top with mozzarella and season with pesto.

Preparation:

3. Sweet peppers cut into cubes. Hard-boiled eggs cleaned from the shell, cut into four parts.
