Holiday salad with chicken and pineapple.
If you have not tried to combine pineapple with chicken, then this is a huge omission. After all, this combination gives a very light and festive taste.

Here is such a beautiful and delicious salad, which is perfect for a holiday, and just for dinner. It can simply be cut like a cake and served in pieces.


Chicken breast (boiled) — 3 pcs.
Pineapple pulp (canned) — 400 g
Eggs (boiled) — 6 pcs.
Cheese — 250 g

To decorate:

Iceberg lettuce»
Fresh dill

For homemade mayonnaise:

Vegetable oil — 360 ml
Mustard — 1 tsp.
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Garlic — 2 cloves
Salt — 1 pinch

Salad with pineapple.

Salad making:

1. Boil the breasts, and then tear them with a fork into small pieces.

2. Finely chop the pulp of pineapple.

3. Boil eggs, clean and grate.

4. For mayonnaise, mix vegetable oil, mustard, slices of garlic and eggs, season with salt. Using a submersible blender, we turn the mixture into a uniform dense mass.

5. Take a baking dish and spread the bottom with lettuce, cover with a layer of mayonnaise, lay the chicken, pineapple in layers and add the mayonnaise again. We continue to lay out all the ingredients in layers, adding a little mayonnaise after each layer until the ingredients are finished. Finish with a layer of grated cheese.

6. To make the salad not only tasty, but also beautiful, we draw a pattern of rhombuses on top of the top layer of mayonnaise. In each rhombus we put half a walnut and add a sprig of dill.

7. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a while so that it is properly soaked.
