Salat Caesar with chicken and bacon.

INGREDIENTS:

150 g romaine lettuce;
200 g of cooked chicken breast fillets or grilled;
100 g multi-colored cherry tomatoes;
30 g of solid seasoned cheese, parmesan better;
100 g yesterday’s tasty wheat bread;
3-4 slices of bacon;
1 clove of garlic;
olive oil;
salt, freshly ground black pepper.

For the sauce.

4 tbsp. l. — Extra virgin olive oil;
150 home mayonnaise;
Natural yogurt — 150 g;
20 g of capers;
Dijon mustard without grain — 20 g;
20 g of Parmesan;
60 g of anchovies;
Olives — 20 g.

Step by step recipe for cooking.

To prepare the croutons of bread with the crust cut off, cut into cubes 1×1 cm. Mix the garlic, passed through the press, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and 1 tbsp. l. water or vegetable / chicken broth. Salt and pepper. Add the bread and, shaking the bowl and stir. Put the bread on a dry heated pan and drain 2 minutes.

Chicken slice. Tomatoes cut in half. Lettuce cut or tear in the medium pieces. Cheese grate.

Bacon fry with Article 0.5. l. olive oil until a light crunch. Cut into small pieces.

For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a blender until smooth. In a large bowl or salad bowl put lettuce, croutons, tomatoes. Pour the sauce. Add the chicken and bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
