Salt — to taste;
Miso paste — 30 g.

Cooking:

1. Pour oil into the blender bowl and add egg yolk.
2. Pour in the vinegar.
3. Add the miso.
4. Beat the whole blender until smooth.
5. Mayonnaise is ready.
