Scramble with goat cheese

This scramble is an excellent assistant in the fight against osteoporosis. This beneficial effect is achieved thanks to the vitamin D contained in chicken eggs, which helps the body to better absorb calcium from goat cheese.

Ingredients

EGGS 12 pieces.
KOZIY CHEESE 120 g
RED ONION 1 pc.
HALAPENGO 1 pc.
CREAM OIL 2 tbsp. L.
SALT 1/4 tsp.
PEPPER 1/2 tsp.
GREEN BOW 1 feather

This breakfast is enough for six people at once, so for cooking, take the largest cast-iron frying pan and melt it on low heat butter. Red onions and jalapenos (along with the seeds), cut finely and fry for 5-7 minutes, until they become soft.
Beat the eggs in the pan, add salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, for three minutes (until the scramble becomes a consistency resemble cottage cheese).
Remove the frying pan from the heat, add pieces of goat cheese and chopped green onions and mix quickly. Serve immediately to a table with hot toast or pieces of whole grain bread.

Scramble with cherry tomatoes and jalapeno

The protein breakfast of a real bachelor is a minimum of ingredients, simple, quick and very sharp. In one such portion contains up to 20 grams of protein and only 6 grams of carbohydrates. A jalapeno will increase body temperature and help the body burn more calories.
Ingredients

EGGS 2 pieces.
EYE WHITE 1 pc.
TOMATOES TWO 6 pcs.
HALAPENGO 1 pc.
GREEN BOW 1 feather
SALTY pinch
PEPPER pinch
OLIVE OIL 1 tbsp. L.

Whisk eggs, egg white, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Cut into small pieces of jalapenos (do not forget to remove all the seeds), and cherry tomatoes — in halves. Fry them for a couple of minutes in a frying pan and pour in eggs. Slightly mix and after two minutes remove from heat. Sprinkle with spring onion and immediately start breakfast.
