Serves 4:

800g pork schnitzel, 2 lemons, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, 2 sprigs of marjoram.


1. Meat wash, dry, cut into small pieces. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.

2. Lemon juice is poured into a flat elongated container. Mix with vegetable oil, salt and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes in it pieces of meat. Meat lay out, strung on skewers and roast for 10 minutes on the grill.

3. The remaining lemon wash, cut into slices and quickly brown the grill. Marjoram wash. Meat on skewers served with a lemon wedges and marjoram.
